Shipping Area

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

We primarily ship orders using USPS. The shipping carrier and service may vary depending on the order and shipping destination.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please use the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation to follow the progress of your order.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier or for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging so that we can determine the appropriate resolution.
